Francesca Sparacino

Francesca Sparacino has a diverse work experience spanning several companies and roles. Francesca is currently the Director of Development and Communications at Safer Foundation. Prior to their current position, they worked as a Sr. Marketing Manager at SmithBucklin and as Corporate Partnerships and Workforce Development Liaison at Intersect for Ability. Francesca also served as the Group Account Director at Colossal Squid Industries, Interactive Account Director at Element 79, and Director of Client Service at Brainforest, Inc. In addition, Francesca has a background in eCommerce marketing, having worked as the Manager at HSBC, North America, where they achieved significant revenue growth and managed multi-channel marketing strategies. Francesca also held positions as an Account Supervisor at TargetCom and as the Retention and Loyalty Manager at HSBC. Early in their career, they served as the General Manager at Dejan Associates.

Francesca Sparacino attended Loyola University Chicago from 1991 onwards, where they obtained a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration with a major in Marketing. Prior to that, they attended New Trier Township High School in Winnetka. Francesca also holds several additional certifications, including "Health, Housing and Educational Services" and "Social Policy for Social Services & Health Practitioners" from Columbia University in the City of New York, obtained in March 2021. In January 2021, they received certifications in "Community Organizing For Social Justice" from the University of Michigan and "From Freedom Rides to Ferguson: Narratives of Nonviolence In The American Civil Rights Movement" from Emory University. Additionally, Francesca obtained certifications in "America's Unwritten Constitution" and "America's Written Constitution" from Yale University in December 2020. Francesca also holds certifications in "Police Brutality in the United States" from the University of Michigan and "Race and Cultural Diversity in American Life and History" from the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign| Coursera, obtained in November 2020.
