Harry Alston, Jr., Ph.D. has a diverse and extensive work experience. Harry Alston, Jr., Ph.D. completed their first Bachelor's degree in Industrial Administration from Kettering University in the years 1971 to 1977. Harry then pursued an MBA in Marketing and Organizational Development from Indiana University - Kelley School of Business between 1978 and 1980.
Later, they attended Antioch University from 2002 to 2010, where they earned their Doctor of Philosophy (Ph.D.) degree in Leadership and Change.
