Grzegorz Marcinkowski

Grzegorz Marcinkowski has extensive work experience in the road maintenance and construction industry. Grzegorz started their career at Mostostal Gdansk in 1999 as the Manager of the Civil Engineering Department. In 2003, they worked as a Road Construction Inspector at the Pruszcz Gdanski City Hall. Grzegorz then joined NCC Roads Polska in 2005 as the Marketing Manager.

In the same year, Marcinkowski also joined STRABAG as the Manager of Acquisition and Estimation Department, where they worked until 2012. During this time, they gained valuable experience in business development and processes improvement.

In 2012, they joined Saferoad as the Business Development and Processes Improvement Manager. Grzegorz held this position until 2019 when they became the Managing Director of the Road Maintenance Segment at the same company. Additionally, they became an Executive Board Member at Saferoad Grawil in 2019.

Grzegorz Marcinkowski started their education in 1992 at Gdańsk University of Technology, where they pursued a degree in Civil Engineering. Grzegorz successfully completed their studies and obtained their MSc. Eng. degree in 1998.
