Sam Bowen Jr.

Sam Bowen Jr. has extensive experience in business development and insurance within the aviation and oil and gas sectors. Since August 2015, Sam has served as the Director of Business Development Military Aviation at Safespill, where the focus is on innovative flooring solutions that mitigate the risks associated with flammable and combustible liquid spills. Prior to this role, Sam worked as an Oil and Gas Insurance Broker at Bowen, Miclette & Britt from July 2009 to August 2015, specializing in insurance and risk management for the oil and gas industry. Earlier career experiences include a broker position at RK Harrison, where Sam handled onshore Control of Well cases in Lloyds of London, and an internship at Amerisure Insurance that provided comprehensive exposure across various departments. Sam’s career began with a summer internship at Indemco while holding a Bachelor's degree in International Business from the University of Mississippi, obtained in 2006.
