Mark Smith

Mark Smith has over 10 years of experience in operations management. Mark served as the President of SafeSplash Swim Schools - Franchisor starting from 2018. Prior to that, they worked as the Director of Operations at Encore Wellness / Nifty After Fifty from 2008 to 2016, where they were responsible for P & L activities, budgeting, and operational activities. From 2005 to 2008, they served as the VP of Operations at CALIFORNIA ANCILLARY NETWORK, where they reviewed departments for productivity and managed budgets for physical therapy clinics.

Mark Smith earned their Bachelor of Science degree in Kinesiology from California State University, Fullerton from 1988 to 1993. Mark then pursued a Master's degree in Business Administration at Vanguard University from 2006 to 2007.
