Sharilee Fossum

Sharilee Fossum is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in board governance and financial leadership. Currently serving as Board Director and Chair of the Audit Committee at Edmonton Global and the Safety Codes Council, Fossum also holds a similar role at Alberta Enterprise Corporation, where the individual chairs the Audit and Finance Committee. As President of Sharilee Fossum Consulting since January 2015, Fossum has also held key executive roles in various organizations, including DIALOG as Executive Officer and Interim CFO, and MacEwan University as Vice President, Finance & Administration. Educational qualifications include an ICD.D from the University of Toronto's Rotman School of Management, CPA from Chartered Professional Accountants of Canada, an MBA from the University of Regina, and a Bachelor of Commerce from the University of Alberta.
