Safety Evolution
Wade Osmond, CRSP has a diverse work experience in the field of safety, health, and environmental (EHS) management. Wade is a co-founder of Safety Evolution Software Systems since January 2016. Prior to that, they worked as an EHS Professional at 1001819 Alberta Inc. from 2011 onwards. In 2014, they became the Project HSE Manager at Plains Midstream Canada, where they served until 2018. Recently, they have been working at Keyera as the Project HSE Lead for KAPS Pipeline since May 2018 and as the Team Lead for H&S in the Construction and Projects department from February 2023 to June 2023. Wade has also worked as a CMT HSE Advisor at Plains Midstream within Solstice Projects Inc. from July 2013 to July 2014.
Wade Osmond, CRSP, obtained a Diploma in Occupational Health and Safety from the University of New Brunswick, where they studied from 2013 to 2015. In 2013, they also attended System Improvements Inc. to advance their knowledge in Taproot Advanced Root Cause Analysis. Additionally, Wade Osmond completed a COHS program in Occupational Health and Safety at the University of New Brunswick from 2011 to 2012. Wade has pursued further certifications, including becoming a Canadian Registered Safety Professional (CRSP) in April 2015, awarded by the Board of Canadian Registered Safety Professionals. Wade Osmond has also received training in areas such as ground disturbance II trainer from the Global Training Centre and CHSC from the Canadian Society of Safety Engineers.
