Bill Bradley has over 25 years of experience in the insurance industry. Bill started their career as a Claims Adjuster for a Third Party Administrator of Insurance Claims in Massachusetts in 1993. In this role, they were responsible for investigating and resolving Workers Compensation claims and eventually became responsible for all subrogation. Bill also conducted meetings with customers and provided status reports for all claims.
In 1995, Bill joined a Property and Casualty Insurer in RI as an Outside Claims Investigator. Their territory eventually expanded to cover the entire state of Rhode Island.
In 1997, Bill joined Safety Insurance as a Casualty Adjuster and was later promoted to Senior Casualty Adjuster. In 2013, they became a Casualty Examiner and then transitioned to the role of PIP Claims Manager. In this role, they managed a team of seven claims professionals and focused on Massachusetts, New York, AIB, and Commercial PIP and Medpay claims handling. Bill encouraged and facilitated individual professional development and ensured compliance with current case law and policy language.
Currently, Bill serves as the Claims Manager - Commercial and Out of State at Safety Insurance, overseeing an experienced team of adjusters in the investigation of coverage, liability, and damages in claims involving Commercial Insurance Policies. Bill is also responsible for overseeing adjusters handling casualty claims occurring outside of the Massachusetts Jurisdiction.
