Judy McDonough

Judy McDonough has a diverse work experience that spans several industries. Judy began their career in 2007 as a Senior Property Claims Adjuster at Safety Insurance, where they set up claims, investigated accidents/losses, and made liability and deductible decisions. Judy also handled total loss settlements and reviewed glass claims. In 2012, they transitioned to become a Multi-Lines Claims Adjuster at the same company, responsible for various types of claims including Other than Auto, Commercial Auto, Personal Auto, and Stolen Vehicles. Judy was also licensed as an Adjuster in New Hampshire and Rhode Island.

From 2012 to 2014, Judy worked as an SIU Adjuster for Safety Insurance's Special Investigations Unit, handling personal and commercial lines, property losses, and BI & PIP claims that required further investigation. Judy also completed training for the CAT Adjuster position in the Homeowners Claims Department. In 2014, they briefly served as an Associate Underwriter in Commercial Lines before transitioning to the role of Product Management Analyst in 2015. In this role, they managed existing lines, developed new products and endorsements, and reviewed market and competitor offerings to stay current on trends and consumer needs.

Since February 2020, Judy has held the position of Senior Product Management Specialist at Safety Insurance, focusing on product management and assisting with filings. Additionally, they have worked as a Dance Instructor at Stonehill College, teaching hip hop classes to prepare students for the Dance Club Show, and as a Counselor at Usher's Camp New Look, where they educated youth about the business side of the sports and entertainment industry. Judy occasionally substitutes as a teacher for Stonehill Dance Club.

Judy McDonough attended Stonehill College from 2003 to 2007, where they obtained a Bachelor of Arts degree in Communication and Dance. Judy also spent a brief period in 2005 at Bond University, focusing on Communication studies.
