Laura Cox Cpcu, Aic

Laura Cox, CPCU, AIC began their work experience in 2002 as an Admissions Office Assistant at Providence College. Laura worked there until 2006. In 2003, they also worked as a Provider Enrollment Specialist at Fallon Clinic until 2004.

In 2006, Laura started working at Safety Insurance as a Senior Property Claims Adjuster until 2011. During this time, they handled property claims and made underwriting decisions. From 2011 to 2016, they worked as a Personal Auto Underwriter, where they provided feedback to agents and insured and made basic underwriting decisions.

Starting in 2016, Laura took on the role of a Product Management Analyst at Safety Insurance. Their responsibilities include gathering and analyzing competitive rates and products, as well as reviewing industry and competitor products to improve Safety's product lines. Laura also pulls and reviews data from ISO and AM Best for targeted markets.

Laura Cox, CPCU, AIC completed their Bachelor of Arts degree in Mathematics and Business Studies at Providence College from 2002 to 2006. Laura has also obtained several certifications, including the Associate in Claims from The Institutes in May 2021 and being a CPCU in Good Standing from The Institutes in April 2021. Laura Cox is also a Chartered Property Casualty Underwriter (CPCU) certified by The Institutes since April 2021.
