Shilpa Shah has a strong background in project management, software engineering, and analysis. Shilpa began their career at Safety Insurance in 2014, working as a Senior Business Analyst and Project Manager.

Prior to this, they spent several years at Fidelity Investments, starting in 2005. During their time at Fidelity, Shilpa held various roles, including Senior Software Engineer, Developer, and System Analyst. In these positions, they led technical development teams, served as a Lead Developer and Subject Matter Expert, and worked extensively on reconciliation projects for ETF Funds. Shilpa designed technical solutions and created documentation for system design and implementation.

Additionally, Shilpa worked on a migration project, transitioning the reconciliation process from one vendor product to another. Shilpa quickly mastered both products and taught the reconciliation process to the Systems Development team. Shilpa also served as a developer and team player, working closely with business users to gather requirements and propose solutions. Shilpa excelled in identifying data patterns and issues.

Earlier in their career, Shilpa worked as a Senior Accountant, where they reconciled mutual funds and supervised staff for accuracy and completeness. Shilpa also supported their team by developing MS Excel macro solutions.

Shilpa Shah, PMP® PMI-ACP® CSM®, has a Masters of Management Studies in Finance from the University of Mumbai. Additionally, they hold a Bachelor's degree in Computer Engineering from the same university.
