Samantha Williams is an experienced HR and onboarding specialist currently employed at Safety Management Group since May 2018. In this role, Samantha focuses on onboarding new hires, facilitating orientation programs, and sourcing candidates using various tools including AYRA, social media, and ATS systems. Previous experience includes a position as a Talent Acquisition Coordinator, where responsibilities included coordinating meetings, managing background checks, and maintaining internal documentation. Prior to Safety Management Group, Samantha served as an Administrative Assistant at Somerset CPAs, P.C., providing administrative support in a tax firm environment. Samantha holds a Core 40 diploma from The Excel Center and has completed studies at Indiana University Indianapolis and Empire Beauty School, earning the title of Esthetician.
