Hannah Gear

Hannah Gear is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in revenue optimization and business development analytics, currently serving as Assistant Vice President at Safety National since January 2009. Hannah leads a team focused on growth strategies through innovation, data analysis, and process enhancements. Previous roles include Assistant Vice President of Business Development Analytics and Manager of Business Development Analytics, where Hannah developed data-driven insights and optimized systems for decision-making. Additionally, Hannah has experience in education as a TEFL English teacher in Laos and China and has held leadership positions in admissions at Covenant College. Hannah holds a Business Analytics Graduate Certificate from Penn State University and an MBA from Lindenwood University.
