Monet Coleman has over two decades of experience in technical support and data management. Currently serving as Manager of EDI Intake at Safety National since May 2013, responsibilities include overseeing technical support for both office-based and virtual employees across the nation. Previous roles at CPI Corp. from September 2001 to May 2013 included Technical Support Team Lead, focusing on resolving escalated technical issues, and Technical Support Specialist, providing comprehensive support for various studio equipment. Monet holds an e-Diploma in Information Security from Purdue Global Law School and a Bachelor of Applied Management from Hickey College.
