Peter Hennes Fcas, Maaa

Peter Hennes, FCAS, MAAA, currently serves as VP & Senior Pricing Actuary for Treaty Reinsurance at Safety National, where responsibilities include pricing casualty treaties and updating Workers Comp parameters for the pricing model. Previously, Peter Hennes held positions such as Supervising Actuary Casualty at the New York State Insurance Fund, leading Workers Comp pricing activities, and Actuarial Director for D&O Pricing at CNA Insurance, where new pricing models were developed. Hennes has extensive experience in actuarial pricing and portfolio support from roles at AIG and Swiss Re, along with early career work as an Actuarial Analyst at Travelers. Peter Hennes also has a strong academic background, including a PhD in Mathematics from Stony Brook University and a Diploma in Mathematics from the University of Cologne. Additionally, Hennes served as a full-time Mathematics Instructor at St. Joseph's College.
