Kathlea Lynch

Kathlea Lynch has a diverse work experience spanning over 20 years. Kathlea began their career as a Laboratory Assistant at Quest Diagnostics in 1996, where they worked in the Processing Department for ten months. After this, they joined Brandeis University's Department of Biology as a Research Technician in Molecular Neurogenetics, where they stayed for three years.

In 2000, Kathlea moved to the Western Psychiatric Institute and Clinic at the University of Pittsburgh Medical Center, working as a Senior Research Associate in Molecular Neurobiology and Genetics for a year. Kathlea then transitioned to Cambria Biosciences, LLC in 2001, where they held the position of Senior Research Associate in Molecular Biology and Genetics for four years.

In 2005, Kathlea joined AgaMatrix as a Research Associate in Applied Research before being promoted to Development Associate in Product Support and Development in 2007. Kathlea stayed with AgaMatrix for two years.

Since 2015, Kathlea has been working at Safety Partners, Inc. Kathlea initially worked as a Technician Consulting Safety Officer for a year and a half before being promoted to the role of Consulting Safety Officer in July 2016, where they continue to work.

Throughout their career, Kathlea has gained expertise in various fields, including molecular biology and genetics, product support and development, and consulting safety.
