Sindhusha R.

Sindhusha R. has a work experience spanning from 2014 to 2018. Sindhusha started as a System Engineer at Tata Consultancy Services where they were the primary lead and developer for a project involving the design and development of Tosca and Yang object modeler. Sindhusha also developed a data model driven hierarchical tree structure and a repository for importing and exporting files.

After that, Sindhusha worked as a Project Management Intern at USA-HSIS, where they assisted in managing projects spanning across different departments and helped maintain and analyze the PMO's roadmap. Sindhusha also designed tools and flow diagrams for contract and change management and assisted in the execution of a migration project.

Next, they worked as a Full Stack Developer at panoptic, where they contributed to the development of MilestonesU, an application for project management.

Later, Sindhusha joined Safety Plus, Inc. as a Lead Developer, where they spearheaded the architecture of a cloud-based vendor management application. Sindhusha designed components, developed reusable business components, and implemented email notifications and dashboard features.

Finally, they worked as a Graduate Student at Innovation Scholars, where they learned best practices for entrepreneurship and contributed to the creation and adjustment of business models. Sindhusha also participated in customer interviews to validate hypotheses.

Sindhusha R. has a Master's degree in Information Technology from the University of South Alabama, which was obtained from 2016 to 2018. Prior to that, Sindhusha R. completed a Bachelor's degree in Electronic and Communications Engineering Technology at GIET College of Engineering from 2010 to 2014. In addition to their formal education, Sindhusha R. has obtained certifications, including an edX Verified Certificate for Introduction to Data Science with Python (expected in 2023) and a Google Project Management Certificate (obtained in 2021).
