Tom Barsalou

Tom Barsalou is a seasoned executive with extensive experience in leadership roles across various companies. Currently serving as Chief Revenue Officer at Safety Plus since April 2025, Tom has previously held positions including President at Aldrich Web Solutions, Inc. and Cordance, as well as President of FieldConnect, Inc. Tom's expertise extends to strategic partnerships and business development, having worked as Head of Strategic Product Partnerships at Podium and as Head of Customer Experience at Homesnap. With a military background as an Army Officer in the U.S. Army Reserve, Tom combines tactical leadership with a Bachelor's degree in Criminal Justice from East Carolina University.
