Adam Cole

Adam Cole has extensive experience in operations and quality management, currently serving as Vice President of Operations at Shield Restraint Systems, Inc. since June 2019. Throughout this role, Adam has also held the positions of Business Unit Manager and Operations Manager. Prior to joining Shield Restraint Systems, Adam worked at Alpha Systems, LLC, as Division Manager and Manufacturing Engineer from December 2015 to May 2019. Adam's career also includes significant experience at CTS Corporation, where Adam was a Quality Manager and held several engineering roles, from June 2012 to December 2015, and at AM General as a Quality Engineer from November 2008 to June 2012. Adam holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Industrial Technology from Purdue University, earned in 2008.
