Orlando Rivera has seven years of work experience. From 2012 to 2014, they worked as a Customer Service Representative at 24 Hour Fitness, a Material Handler at Baker Hughes, a GE company, and an Assembler at Quality Products Company Inc. In 2014, they became a Master Control Operator at FOX Sports Woodlands. In 2020, they worked as a Project Coordinator at Chamberlin Roofing & Waterproofing. In 2021, they were an Assistant Project Manager at Turner Roofing System, and in 2022, they became a Project Coordinator at Safety Vision, where they were responsible for providing accurate documentation of project notes in the ERP system, sustaining a constant flow of communication between Account Executives, Customers, and Subcontractors, and checking for accuracy of invoices for projects and documenting in invoicing logs.

Orlando Rivera obtained a Bachelor's of Fine Arts from The Art Institutes in 2013, majoring in Digital Filmmaking and Video Production. In 2018, they began pursuing a Master of Business Administration (MBA) at the University of Houston-Downtown, specializing in Project Management and Process Improvement. In 2019, they obtained a Project Management Simplified certificate from Lynda.com, and in 2020, they obtained a Project Management and Process Improvement Certificate from the University of Houston-Downtown. Orlando is expected to complete their MBA in 2021.
