Jessica Paske-Driscoll has a wide-ranging work experience spanning various industries. Jessica started their career in 2003 as a Manager at Vic's Fine Dining and worked there until 2005. In 2008, they joined Uptown Vet as a Certified Veterinary Technician and Staff Supervisor, and stayed there until 2011. In the same year, they joined Pet Poison Helpline, a division of Safetycall International, as a Supervisor and Certified Veterinary Technician. At Pet Poison Helpline, they provided 24-hour animal poison control assistance across the United States, Canada, and the Caribbean. In 2011, they also started working at SafetyCall International as a Senior Veterinary Information Specialist and later took on the role of Operations Manager from 2019 to 2023. Currently, they hold the position of Director of Operations at SafetyCall International. Jessica's expertise in product safety and clinical toxicology has been sought by various certified groups and major regulatory bodies such as the FDA, EPA, and CPSC.

Jessica Paske-Driscoll graduated from Argosy University Twin Cities in 2008 with an Associate of Veterinary Technology degree in Veterinary Medicine. Prior to attending Argosy University, they attended the University of Minnesota from 2002 to 2006, although they did not receive a degree or specify a field of study. Before their university studies, Jessica Paske-Driscoll completed their high school education at Saint Paul Central High School from 1998 to 2002.

In addition to their formal education, Jessica Paske-Driscoll obtained additional certifications. In 2012, they became an Ordained Minister through the Universal Life Church. In the same year, they also earned their Certified Veterinary Technician certification from the Minnesota Veterinary Medical Association.
