Eric Richardson

Eric Richardson has a diverse work experience spanning various roles and industries. From 2010 to 2012, they served as the VP of Sales for a real estate technology company, where they successfully built and managed a sales team. Prior to that, from 1999 to 2002, they worked as a Trainer and Events Coordinator for the same company, organizing seminars and trade shows. Eric also worked as a Senior Sales Representative, where they were responsible for driving new client sales and membership renewals. Eric has experience in customer success, having worked as a Director of Customer Success at SafetySkills since 2021, where they focused on driving product adoption and customer retention. Additionally, they have experience in business development, sales management, and regional sales, having worked in roles such as Business Development Representative and Regional Sales Representative. Eric Richardson attended San Francisco State University from 1988 to 1991. During this time, they studied Business, Management, Marketing, and Related Support Services.
