Trena Shutters

Trena Shutters has extensive experience in sales support and administrative roles, currently serving as Sales Support Team Lead and Customer Relations Manager at Safewaze since September 2012, also holding the title of Sales & Marketing Administrative Assistant at the same company during its earlier days as FSP USA. Trena's responsibilities include creating marketing materials, coordinating training sessions, managing month-end and commission reports, and handling international pricing and customs documentation. Previously, Trena worked at Wilbert Plastic Services as an Accounts Payable Coordinator and Administrative Assistant to the COO, where duties included vendor communication, check distribution, and support for corporate presentations and meetings.
