Operations Management

The Operations Management team at SafeWaze is responsible for overseeing the efficient production and distribution of fall protection equipment. Led by the Product Development Manager, the team ensures that products meet quality standards, while the Purchasing Manager sources materials from American vendors to maintain supply chain integrity. The Plant Manager oversees daily manufacturing processes at their North Carolina facility, and the Repair Center Manager coordinates maintenance and repairs to extend product life and support customer satisfaction.
