Cherece Hughes

Cherece Hughes has over a decade of experience in manufacturing and production planning, currently holding multiple managerial roles at SafeWorks LLC since January 2019, including Manager of Manufacturing and Sr. Production Planner. Responsibilities involve analyzing demand requirements, constructing build schedules, and resolving production bottlenecks in collaboration with various departments. Previously, Cherece served as a Production Planner at Seattle Aero, LLC from August 2012 to January 2019, managing MRP software functions and overseeing work orders to ensure efficient production flows. In addition, Cherece acted as a Lean Coordinator, implementing LEAN processes to enhance time, cost, and quality measures, and as a Buyer, conducting customer inquiries and sourcing components. Cherece’s educational background includes studies at Seattle Central College and the University of Washington.
