Currently serving as Regional Sales Manager at Power Climber Wind since May 2010, Rick leads sales efforts for wind turbine access equipment and training services. Previously, in roles such as South Central Regional Sales Manager at AVX Corporation, Rick managed a $30M sales budget across multiple states, focusing on non-strategic accounts in significant markets. Rick's early career includes successful positions at Force Electronics and Avnet Electronics, where outstanding sales performance and the development of new business opportunities were achieved. Rick's career began in underwriting at Allendale Mutual Insurance Company, where management of regional operations was a key responsibility. Rick holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Mechanical Engineering from Missouri University of Science and Technology.
