Dianne Grote Adams, CIH, CSP, CPEA, FAIHA is the President/owner of Safex Inc. since June 1992. Dianne Grote actively partners with clients and mentors staff to promote a safe and healthy work environment. Dianne is also involved in safety and industrial hygiene education, as well as advocating for women in science and business ownership. Dianne Grote has held various roles in organizations such as Otterbein University, Cristo Rey Columbus, AIHA, Columbus State Community College, Emilcott-DGA, Chemlawn, and Ross Labs. Dianne holds an MS in Occupational Safety from the University of Cincinnati and a BA in Life Science from Otterbein University.
