Austin Castaneda

Austin Castaneda is an experienced professional with a strong background in product management and ticketing operations. Currently serving as the Client/Product Manager at Saffire, LLC since May 2018, Austin drives the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for the company's ticketing software platform, collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure effective execution of product objectives. Prior to this role, Austin held several positions at Expo New Mexico from May 2014 to May 2018, including Senior Manager of Ticket Experience, Ticket Experience Manager, and Box Office Manager, where responsibilities included managing event revenue streams, performing reconciliations, and producing accurate reports. Austin is an alumnus of The University of New Mexico.
