Andrew Marsh has a diverse work experience with various companies. Andrew started their career in 1996 as an Assistant Manager at Robert Williams & Co, where they worked until 2007. Andrew then joined Ensors as a Client Manager, a role they held for nearly ten years. In 2016, they transitioned to Chavereys as an Agricultural Manager for a year before moving to Whiting and Partners as a Junior Manager from 2017 to 2018. Currently, they are working as an Assistant Financial Controller at Saffron Building Society since July 2018.

Andrew Marsh attended Home from 2005 to 2008, where they pursued a degree in Trusts and Estates from the Society of Trust & Estate Practitioners. Prior to that, they studied at the University of East London School of Education and Communities from 1992 to 1995, earning an HND degree in Business & Finance. From 1989 to 1991, Andrew attended Long Road Sixth Form College in Cambridge, where they completed their A levels in Business/Managerial Economics and Maths.
