Leanna King has extensive experience in the financial services sector, primarily with Saffron Building Society since February 2014. Currently serving as a Business Development Assistant and Mortgage Retention Manager, Leanna plays a crucial role in leading the mortgage retention team and ensuring high standards of motivation and development among team members. Previous positions include Customer Service Consultant, Assistant Manager, and Customer Service Assistant within the contact center, where responsibilities encompassed customer financial reviews, sales of financial products, and complaint resolution. Leanna's earlier experience includes a role as a Service Advisor at S & B Commercials - Mercedes-Benz from November 2019 to July 2022.
