Lee Williams has extensive experience in the financial services industry, specifically in mortgage and insurance. Lee started their career in 2008 with HSBC as a Mortgage Manager and later transitioned into the role of Financial Planning Manager. In 2011, they joined Sequence (UK) Ltd, where they held two roles consecutively - Mortgage Services Manager and Mortgage Services Sales Manager. In 2014, they moved to Royal Bank of Scotland as a Personal Mortgage Advisor, and the following year, they became an Area Mortgage Manager. In 2018, they joined Loan.co.uk as a Client Experience Leader, specializing in mortgages. From 2019 to 2022, they worked as a Business Development Manager for Stonebridge Group - Mortgage & Insurance Network. Currently, they are employed by Saffron Building Society in the same role.
Lee Williams has a diverse education history in the field of finance and insurance. They obtained a CeRER (Certificate in Equity Release) from The London Institute of Banking & Finance. They also earned a CeMAP (Certificate in Mortgage Advice and Practice) from the same institute. Additionally, they studied R05 - Financial Protection at the Chartered Insurance Institute (CII). Lee Williams pursued a course on Financial Services, Regulation, and Ethics (FSRE) at The London Institute of Banking & Finance. Moreover, they completed a CeFA (Certificate for Financial Advisers) program at the same institution. Prior to these finance-related certifications, Lee Williams obtained their A Levels in Geography, Business & Economics, and Information Communication Technology from John Masefield Sixth Form.
