Rachel Warwick

Rachel Warwick has a diverse work experience spanning over three decades. Rachel started their career in 1985 as a Beauty Therapist at Images Beauty Salon. In 1986, they worked briefly as an Administration Assistant at Longmans before moving on to The Employment Service as an Employment Officer. From 1986 to 1989, Rachel worked in this role, arranging job interviews, liaising with employers, and providing feedback to job seekers and employers.

In 1989, they joined Saffron Building Society as a Product Manager for Savings. This role involved developing and managing savings product processes and monitoring the savings market. In April 2012, they were promoted to Product Manager (Savings and Mortgages BAU) at the same company. In this position, Rachel managed the performance of the company's on sale savings and mortgage range. Rachel was responsible for repricing products to maintain or increase market position, monitoring product performance and pricing, conducting product reviews, and implementing improvements while ensuring compliance with product governance.
