Simon O'Donnell has a diverse work experience in the financial sector. Simon started their career at Saffron Building Society in 2012 as a Customer Service Assistant, where they worked until 2014. From 2014 to 2015, they served as a Mobile Customer Consultant at the same company. Simon then joined the Financial Ombudsman Service as an Adjudicator from 2015 to 2016. Simon returned to Saffron Building Society in 2016 and held various roles, including Branch Manager from 2016 to 2018, Marketing Operations Manager from 2018 to 2019, and Service Support Manager - Delivery and Operations from 2019 to 2021. Currently, they work as a Business Development Manager at Saffron Building Society, a position they have held since March 2021.
