Deven Parulekar

Deven’s illustrious corporate stint rests on a solid foundation of great education and dedication. Though he is a commerce graduate, he followed his true calling for IT with a fully paid scholarship from Bhavishya Jyoti, followed by an MBA in Production Planning and Operations.

While still studying, he contributed an article on Information Risk Management to The Economic Times which landed him his first job at KPMG. After quitting KPMG, he tried venturing into the entrepreneurial world with his own version of an online marriage bureau but joined Ernst & Young when it did not take off. Over 16 years he built and led the Cyber-Security & Risk Analysis practice as a Partner, before joining SaffronStays as a Founder.

He wants SaffronStays to be known as a market leader in the alternate accommodation category by hosting guests from across the world in hand-picked private vacation homes.
