Massimiliano Pascale

Massimiliano Pascale is an accomplished executive with extensive experience in operations and supply chain management, currently serving as the COO of Safilo North America since September 2014. Previously, Massimiliano held various key positions at Safilo, including SVP of Supply Chain and Senior Director of Global Inventory & Product Lifecycle. Prior to joining Safilo, Massimiliano worked at Fiat Group from July 2005 to November 2012, where roles included Internal Audit Supervisor and Senior Internal Auditor, focusing on both operational and fraud prevention audits. Massimiliano's educational background includes studies in economia e commercio at the University of Torino and training at Istituto Vittorio Valletta.
