Shaina Semiatin

Shaina Semiatin serves as Vice President at Safire Partners, a Southern California executive search firm, since February 2024. Currently, Shaina is also a Strategic Advisor at Praisidio and a Talent Acquisition Advisor at PeopleTech Talent. Previously, Shaina held significant roles at Grindr, where expertise in talent acquisition led to numerous accolades, including a Moxie Award for leadership and advocacy for women in tech. Shaina has a strong track record in building global talent acquisition teams at Apeel, serving as Director of Global Talent Acquisition. Additional contributions include being a Diversity & Inclusion Chair for the Santa Barbara HR Association and various board roles at The University of Chicago. Shaina holds an MA with Honors in International Relations from the University of Chicago and a BA in History from California State University, Fresno.
