Celine Ng is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in customer experience management and service quality initiatives. Currently, Celine serves as a Senior Manager at SAFRA National Service Association, where responsibilities include building a service ecosystem and enhancing customer experiences through cross-functional collaboration and advocacy for service quality. Prior to this role, Celine spent over a decade at WOW! Academy, leading service excellence consulting projects for diverse organizations and developing customized training solutions. Celine's career commenced at SAFRA National Service Association as a Service Quality Executive, and included a role at ComfortDelGro as a Sales & Marketing Officer. Celine holds a Bachelor of Arts in English Literature and Japanese Studies from the National University of Singapore.

SAFRA is the go-to destination for social, recreational, sports and educational facilities for NSmen and their families. Formed with the mission to aid the Singapore Armed Forces (SAF) enhance camaraderie and boost morale among National Servicemen in 1972, SAFRA had since built a network of clubs located at Jurong, Mount Faber, Punggol, Tampines, Toa Payoh, Yishun and 29 Carpenter Street. In addition to clubs, SAFRA offers a host of activities, value-added services and membership perks that meet the lifestyle needs of our community of about 600,000 SAFRA members.
