Sean Casher

Sean Casher is an experienced professional in Human Resources, currently serving as a Human Resources Business Partner at Safran Federal Systems since March 2024 and as a Human Capital Business Partner at NeoSystems LLC since March 2023, providing HR expertise to clients in both the government contracting and non-government sectors. Prior to these roles, Sean held various positions at Claims Recovery Financial Services, LLC from September 2016 to September 2023, including Vice President of Human Resources and Human Resources Director, where responsibilities focused on supporting operational leadership to achieve organizational goals. Sean holds a Master’s degree in Business Administration and Management with a concentration in Human Resources, as well as a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration and Management, both from Nazareth University.
