Aude Szklarz has extensive experience in sales, operations planning, and quality management within the aerospace and automotive industries. Currently serving as Sales & Operations Plan Manager and Supplier Performance Manager at Safran since August 2012, Aude Szklarz supports commodity managers in supplier selection and manages performance and development plans for key suppliers, all while leading Safran Purchasing’s sustainability strategy. Prior roles at Safran include Head of Production Planning & Control for Rolls-Royce programs and Manufacturing Quality Manager, where responsibilities encompassed team management, operational efficiencies, quality reporting, and compliance. Previous experience as Quality Project Manager at Stellantis further complements Aude Szklarz's skill set.
