Ersin Palta

Ersin Palta is an experienced purchasing professional currently serving as Program Purchasing Leader at Safran since May 2022, focusing on the cabin interior seats division where responsibilities include managing purchasing actions, defining acquisition strategies, optimizing components, and representing the purchasing department in management reviews. Prior to Safran, Ersin held various purchasing roles at Valeo from September 2013 to May 2022, including Segment Leader and Project Buyer, where significant accomplishments involved supplier management, annual productivity negotiations, and strategic purchasing for multiple commodities. Previous experience also includes positions at SamKang Die Casting Slovakia and EPSYLOG SHANGHAI CO., LTD, as well as an early role as Assistant Project Manager at IPAG Junior Conseil. Ersin holds a Master’s degree in Purchasing from IPAG Business School and has completed an academic exchange in International Business & Management at Zhejiang University.
