Frédéric Verger is the EVP Chief Digital Officer and Chief Information Officer at Safran. Frédéric has previous experience working as the Group CIO, Group Chief Information Officer at Saint-Gobain from May 2018 to January 2021. There, they were in charge of 700 M€ annual budget with a 3 600 internal people team. Their scope of responsibility included digital platforms, data platforms, analytics, web development, cloud services, BIM, PIM, eCRM, cybersecurity, and information systems. Additionally, they oversaw offshoring in India and outsourcing for the company. Frédéric was also responsible for business transformation and was a member of the Comité de Direction Générale de Saint-Gobain.

From January 2011 to April 2018, Frédéric Verger worked as the Group CPO & Group CIO - Group Chief Purchasing Officer & Group Chief Information Officer at Saint-Gobain. Frédéric was responsible for 16 Bn€ purchases (production, capex, energy, transport, overheads) with 900 purchasers and 3200 internal IT people, including 700 internal development resources in India. Frédéric was also a member of the Comité de Direction Générale de Saint-Gobain.

Frédéric Verger has a degree in engineering from the École Polytechnique and Telecom ParisTech.

Frédéric Verger reports to Olivier Andries, Chief Executive Officer. They work with Stéphane Cueille - SEVP, CTO, R&T & Innovation, Vincent Caro - CEO, Safran Nacelles, and Jorge Ortega - CEO, Safran Cabin.
