Neil Webster

Neil Webster is an accomplished Programme Director and Project Lead with extensive experience in delivering innovative and complex technical programs valued up to £13.5 billion. Currently, they serve as Head of Research and Technology at Safran, focusing on aircraft power generation and propulsion electrification. Previously, they led significant initiatives at Teledyne e2v and RSSB, managing multiple projects and corporate governance efforts. Neil has also held critical roles at QinetiQ and other organizations, demonstrating a strong track record in systems integration and project management. They hold an Executive MBA from Henley Business School and are a member of the Institute of Directors.
