Souad Manani

Souad Manani currently holds the position of Responsable supply chain at Safran since November 2024. Prior experience includes serving as Responsable des exploitations gaz froid at Groupe Gazechim from September 2021 to November 2024, overseeing cold gas production units, laboratory management related to refrigerant fluids, and optimizing inter-unit logistics. Previous roles at SERVAIR involved leading production and continuous improvement initiatives in the food production unit, where Souad managed a team of 200-220 people and implemented various quality and performance improvement methodologies. Souad also has experience in process optimization at Schlumberger and analytical development at CEA. Academic credentials include a Mastère Spécialisé in LEAN, Production, and Logistics from Arts et Métiers, alongside master's and bachelor's degrees in chemistry and related fields from Université Paris-Saclay.
