Vincent Dessoly

Vincent Dessoly is the Directeur Technique at Safran Transmission Systems, overseeing operational activities from research and technology to production and service support. With experience at Safran since 2012, they held various roles including Chef de Projet for Materials and Processes, where they established technology programs, and Chef de Division, managing a team of 230 across three sites. Prior to Safran, Vincent worked at Snecma as Chef de Projet for Lean-6Sigma initiatives aimed at enhancing operational performance. They hold a Master's degree in Mechanical Engineering from the Georgia Institute of Technology and completed a Management Development Program at Safran Corporate University.
