Xavier Guilbert

Xavier Guilbert is currently the Responsable Qualité des opérations at Safran, a role in which they oversee quality management and client satisfaction across multiple aviation programs. They previously held various engineering and management positions at Safran Aircraft Engines, contributing to critical supply chain and industrial operations for the CFM56 and Leap engine programs. In addition to their corporate responsibilities, Xavier serves as the Maire of Baulne, President of the Education Commission for the PNRGF, and a delegated advisor at SIARCE, focusing on environmental and community engagement initiatives. They earned their degree from the University of Lille 1 Sciences and Technology from 2009 to 2012.
