Damien Chastan

Damien Chastan is an experienced Technical Leaders Team Manager at Saft, overseeing the coordination of Lithium-Ion Battery Design since February 2011. Chastan previously served as a Technical Leader and Lithium-ion Battery System Architect, focusing on functional design, product validation, and technical support for the industrial mobility and stationary markets. Prior roles include responsibilities at CS SI for embedded cockpit software validation, at Le Bélier for production tool design and process optimization, and at Altior for control laws design for Diesel engines. Educational qualifications include an Engineer degree in Industrial Computing and Instrumentation from Polytech Grenoble and additional certifications in aviation and automation. Chastan also holds a private pilot license and actively participates in multiple aeroclubs.
