Zeina has served as the Head of Business and Digital Transformation at Safwa Islamic Bank, where responsibilities include leading transformation initiatives, strategic planning, change management, process optimization, and digital solutions implementation to enhance organizational performance. Previously, Eng. Zeina held the position of Head of Excellence Center at Jordan Dubai Islamic Bank, focusing on service quality assurance and total quality management. Earlier experience includes roles as Senior Supervisor of Quality Assurance and Freight Forwarding at Agility and Operations Team Leader for the European and African region at Aramex. Eng. Zeina holds a Bachelor of Science in Industrial Engineering from Al Jami'at Al-Hashimiyyah.
