Zaid Khundakji

Zaid Khundakji has extensive experience in customer service and sales, currently serving as a Customer Service Representative and Relationship Officer VIP at Safwa Islamic Bank since October 2016. Prior to this role, Zaid worked as a Sales Agent at Al-Nisr Al-Araby Insurance from June 2015 and held a position in the contact center at Bank of Jordan from April 2014 to June 2015. Zaid also has managerial experience from working at Treasury For Conferences Equipment & Events Management from January 2011 to April 2014. Zaid holds a Bachelor of Business Administration (B.B.A.) in Business Administration and Management from Jami'at Amman Al-Ahliyya, completed in 2013, and obtained a Tawjihi in Information Technology from Al Ittihad School in 2009.
