Phillip Birkey is an experienced professional currently serving as the Administrative Services Manager at SAFY of America since February 2023. In addition to this role, Phillip has been the Owner of Reboant Farm since January 2021. Previous roles include Chief Operating Officer and Regional Manager at Shirley's Gourmet Popcorn Company from May 2021 to January 2023, and Senior Financial Aid Counselor and Financial Aid Counselor at Ohio Northern University from June 2017 to May 2021, specializing in scholarship packaging and military certifications. Phillip also has a background in higher education recruitment as an Admissions Counselor and International Programs Counselor at Bluffton University from August 2013 to June 2017, as well as international finance management experience as Finance and Support Services Administrator for Mennonite Central Committee in Bangladesh in 2012. Phillip's earlier experience includes work as a Socio-Economist Researcher for Mennonite Central Committee from 2008 to 2011. Phillip holds a Master’s Degree in Non-Profit/Public/Organizational Management and a Bachelor of Arts in Economics from Bluffton University.
