Kevin Connell has a diverse work experience spanning several industries. Kevin began their career as an Event Operations Manager for the Human Rights Campaign in 2002. Kevin then worked as the Director of Corporate Relations for the L.A. Gay & Lesbian Center, where they formed partnerships to support the organization's work. In 2006, they joined Instinct Publishing as an Account Manager, selling advertising and online products. From 2008 to 2013, they held multiple roles at Outfest, including Director of Corporate Relations & Strategic Partnerships and Director of Development. During this time, they secured sponsors and created marketing material for the organization. Kevin then served as the VP of Corporate Partnerships for the Los Angeles Sparks in 2016, where they generated sponsorships and increased consumer engagement. From 2013 to 2018, they owned and operated Brand Scout, providing brands with sponsorship opportunities. Currently, they work as the Director of Corporate Relations for the SAG-AFTRA Foundation, where they secure sponsorships for their programming. Throughout their career, Kevin has worked with numerous notable companies and organizations such as Amazon Studios, Warner Bros., and Marriott International.

Kevin Connell attended San Marino High School. Kevin then went on to Arizona State University where they earned a Bachelor's Degree in Sociology.
